Conservation & Renovation

The Roger Coy Partnership has a long-established track record in all areas of architectural conservation.

The Practice has developed a particular expertise in the adaptation of listed buildings for contemporary use and in the careful repair and reinstatement of classical features and architectural detail.

Many of the projects are located in sensitive conservation areas and this has led to an expertise in working with local Planning Departments and in particular the Conservation Officers in achieving the adaptation, repair and reinstatement of Grade 2 and Grade 2* Listed properties throughout Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and further afield.
